Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
